Welcome to Logros Safety Training. By enrolling in our classes or using our registration forms, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Class Registration & Communication

By providing your contact information during registration, you may request to receive automated transactional alerts and class reminders. Providing your mobile phone number and opting into SMS alerts is completely optional and is not a requirement to enroll in our courses.

2. SMS Program Details

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your class schedule and updates.

• Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number sending the messages. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

• Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@logrosacademy.com

3. Limitation of Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.Logros Safety Training is not responsible for any missed classes due to technical issues with SMS delivery.
